RV Site Rental Rates
Daily rates for 2024 listed below are for standard back-in sites.
Add $10.00 per day for all pond sites in the North and South Loops.

We offer pull-in pond sites (Class A only) and back-in sites. (No pull-thru's).
All sites include full hookups (50/30/20 amps, water, sewer, cable TV and park WiFi access.)

Cancellation Policy: Failure to cancel within 60 days prior to arrival will result in a minimum of 1 days rental for the site type reserved or the entire 25% deposit for the dates reserved, whichever is greater and will be applied to your pre-paid credit card deposit. Refunds will not be given for any reason including but not limited to: personal matters, RV issues, weather etc. Reservations cancelled prior to 60 days before arrival will be subject to a 1 day rental fee to be deducted from the original deposit prior to deposit refund. In addition, all cancellations will incur a $25 processing fee. Canceling a reservation and in turn reserving for different dates in the same calendar year is permissible based upon availability but if there are not any other sites available for the different dates then the above cancellation rules will apply.

Daily rate is for 2 people.

Additional Guests: $8 per person per day including children ages 6 and up. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons per site.

Promotions: During Spring, Shoulder and Fall dates, your 4th night is half price or your 7th night is free with a weekly stay. These discounts do not apply during the Peak dates (shown above).

Monthly Rental Rates: $10.00 off posted daily rate, minimum of 30 paid consecutive days (shorter term stays desiring to extend after arrival date to at least 30 days will not receive a discount for days already stayed but may receive the discount for the additional days equal to 30 days or more.)

Credit Card deposit required on all reservations. Renters placing online reservations requests between November 1 and April 30 or when the Resort is closed for the season will be contacted personally by phone starting in early February for credit card deposit information. To be contacted by phone, you must submit a Request A Reservation Form found on our website.

HOA restrictions allow only Class A, Class C and Fifth Wheels which must be 28 feet or longer. Older than 10 year old RVs are subject to approval. Travel trailers, Class B, pull-behinds, pop-ups and tents are not allowed.

Class A, Class C and Fifth Wheel multi-use RV sites are available in a designated area of the resort.

Stacker trailers, tow trailers, dolly equipment, etc. must be parked in our storage area. Daily fees apply.

All sites include full hookups with 50/30/20 AMP.

Complimentary HD cable TV (50+ channels) & Wi-Fi. Easy cable hookup; no cable boxes required.

Curbside trash pickup provided once daily starting at 10:00 am.

Check-in 1:00 pm ~ Check-out is 12:00 noon.

For all payments and deposits, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. No cash. No checks.

Promotional offers or discounts may not be combined or stacked to create additional rate reductions.

Extending a reservation after arrival is subject to availability and may require moving to another site.

There are no refunds after check-in. No refunds for early departures.
