Traverse Bay RV Resort is a seasonal park which opens May 1 and closes at the end of October of each year.
Off-Season Months: The park is closed from November through April. However, you can start submitting your Reservation Request on January 1 of that calendar year. For example, if you want to make a reservation for 2026, you can begin requesting it on January 1, 2026 using the form below. We will reach out to you between February and April to confirm availability using our winter-only mobile phone number: 561-252-2580, as the park office remains closed during winter. Please be aware that longer stays receive priority during the peak months of July and August, with a minimum stay of 7 days required in July. Shorter stays will go on a wait list. All sites will be assigned on the day of arrival.
To Request a Reservation: Please fill out the required form below. If you’re part of a group with multiple RVs, each RV must submit a separate request. You will receive an automatic email confirmation acknowledging that your Reservation Request has been received. Keep in mind that a reservation is not confirmed until we contact you and you provide a credit card deposit to secure your site. After we receive your request, our staff will call you to check availability, discuss your requested dates, and collect the deposit.

Due to the restrictions set by the Traverse Bay RV Park Condominium Association, we can only accommodate Class A, Class C, and Fifth Wheels. All RVs must be RVIA approved, measure 28 feet or longer, and be no older than 10 years, unless approved by management. Please be aware that there is a limit of two pets per site.
