To ensure an enjoyable stay for all owners and guests, we suggest that you become familiar with the policies and procedures. They represent our best effort at defining and applying the “golden rule” to “RV living” so that it may be enjoyed by all.
To ensure a smooth reservation process, please be aware of the following cancellation and change policies:
All cancellations will incur a processing fee of $50. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to either one day’s rental for the reserved site type or the full 25% deposit for the reserved dates, whichever amount is greater. This charge will be deducted from your prepaid credit card deposit. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to early departures after check-in, personal matters, RV issues, or weather-related circumstances.
Changes to reservation dates within the same calendar year are permitted, provided that (1) availability allows, and (2) the new reservation dates fall within 60 days of the cancellation date. If the requested new dates are unavailable, the cancellation policy outlined above will apply. Please be advised that any changes to reservations or rescheduling of existing bookings will incur a processing fee of $25.
There are no refunds after check-in for any reason including early departures.
Upon check-in all Guests will receive park information regarding Rules and Regulations. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to check with the registration office. Some rules may be in addition to those briefly listed above. Management reserves the right to implement new rules and regulations when it is deemed to be in the best interest of all guests.
