Traverse Bay RV Resort is a seasonal park which opens May 1 and closes at the end of October of each year.
Off Season Months: While the park is closed for the season from November through April, you may submit your Reservation Request beginning January 1 of that calendar year. Example: For 2026 reservations, you may request a reservation beginning January 1, 2026. We will begin calling you in February thru April to confirm availability from our winter-only mobile phone 561-252-2580 (because the park office is closed during the winter months). Please note the longest stays have priority during the peak months of July and August. There is a 7-day minimum stay in the month of July. Shorter stays will be placed on a wait list. All sites are assigned the day of arrival.
To Request a Reservation: Please complete the required form below. If you are part of a group which includes multiple RVs, each must submit a separate request. You will receive an automatic email confirmation indicating that your Reservation Request has been received. Please note that a reservation is not confirmed until we contact you and you provide a credit card deposit to secure your site. After receiving your request, our staff will call you to confirm availability, discuss your requested dates, and collect the deposit. Click here for rates and cancellation policy.
Due to the restrictions set by the Traverse Bay RV Park Condominium Association, we can only accommodate Class A, Class C, and Fifth Wheels. All RVs must be RVIA approved, measure 28 feet or longer, and be no older than 10 years, unless approved by management. Please be aware that there is a limit of two pets per site.
